MKA Shahinoor Rahman Jahid is a seasoned business leader, strategist, and real estate development executive with more than two decades of experience driving large-scale infrastructure, economic zone, and property development initiatives across Bangladesh and international markets. Mr. Jahid serves as the Adviser & Managing Partner of Divine Home Decor & Apparel since its inception in 2018. He also serves as Chief Executive Officer of GM Holdings Limited, where he leads strategic growth, investment partnerships, and organizational transformation initiatives. Previously, he served as Chief Executive Officer of the Sirajganj Economic Zone, where he successfully led the development of one of Bangladesh’s largest private economic zones spanning approximately 1,200 acres.
He is an active researcher and thought leader in real estate innovation, economic zone development, and digital transformation. He has authored multiple peer-reviewed publications on topics such as smart real estate, AI-driven risk modeling, infrastructure efficiency, and the economic impact of development projects in emerging markets.
